Your free consultation gives us the opportunity to learn a little more about your child — where they are now, what they may be finding difficult and what you would like them to achieve.
We can then talk you through the type of support we believe would be most appropriate and explain how the Aquinas approach works.
There is no obligation to proceed. The purpose of the conversation is simply to help you understand the options available.

During your consultation, we will talk about:
- Your child’s current stage and academic goals
- Any subjects or areas they are finding difficult
- Their confidence and approach to learning
- Relevant examinations, exam boards or target schools
- The type of tutor and teaching approach that may suit them
- How Aquinas’ Personalised Learning Plans and progress reporting work
- Any questions you have about tuition, online learning or the Aquinas service

Your child has an introductory lesson
This gives pupil and tutor the opportunity to meet and allows us to begin understanding your child’s current strengths and areas for development.
We create a Personalised Learning Plan
Your child’s tuition is structured around their individual needs and goals, rather than following a generic programme.
You stay informed
Regular progress reporting means you understand what your child is working on, how they are developing and what comes next.
